I heard it was scottish 5 pound notes. For some reason Scotland had their own 5 pound. This could explain why they had to be ordered. Scottish 5'ers would also make alot more sense than us-dollars. I'm sure it was dollars because I remember reading an interview where they had to order dollar bills from the bank. They thought they could just turn up and request them. I'll check on the footage because the beginning bit shows them in a van with a black bin bag of cash.
