I may have missed the finalization of this conversation but the 'the_klf_-_what_time_is_love__evil_edit_.flac' track everyone keeps referring to sounds like the single/radio release of "What Time Is Love" before Bill & Jimmy changed their minds and decided to it make it more 'accessible' (i.e. 90's rave-esque).  I've got it somewhere on a white label single-sided 12" - IIRC the all-important A-side (the other side is completely blank) runout groove reads:

DAMONT    KLF004 -A1

I seem to remember there is something scratched out on the groove as well, possibly someone's initials.
