Worked like a charm. Long live Open Source!

Here is what I did:
> get_iplayer --type=radio --pid=b03rsxy0
> get_iplayer --type=radio --pid=b03rsxz0

Then I downloaded the FLV plugin for foobar2000 (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?s=b0dfca6fdb9bc393181936f740687012&act=attach&type=post&id=7267) and used that to convert the audio to mp3.

"get_iplayer" can do that for you, the software can be downloaded at http://www.infradead.org/get_iplayer/html/get_iplayer.html, and relevant instructions are found at http://squarepenguin.co.uk/guides/radio-download-guide/.
