I think I've seen the blue PB label on US 12" versions of LTTT.  I can't confirm it because all of mine are CD except for 008R.

Sound like a scam to me.  A tab with band members names?  Andrenalin?  Damont?  Even the catalog numbers are wrong.

And I've never seen a blue PB label either!  Pfft!
