I would love to have Chapter 6 ("The Blind Chainsaw Fishermen of Finland" ). I've totally lost  track over how many times i've read that.
Let's hope part will be out in the future.

They did a series of promotional talking-book events around the country. both bill and z reading various passages. Certainly recorded on DAT and I think Gimpo filmed some of them. Pretty sure I have Belfast somewhere around here.
