I reckon Space is on a par with Chill out but pity its so short. The White Room is the bollox though i wasnt that keen when i first heard it thinking it was a bit lightwieght. Senser - Stacked up, and CRASS the feeding of the 5000 are other classics id put on the same level but there aint many more as good, oh yeah and AXIS bold as love by jiimi hendrix.
I would mention Chill Out in my personal Top Ten for sure, but the best f***king album of all time ? Hard to tell. Depends on my mood. Leftism would be a good choice as well.
