No, but the phobos dot apple slash webstore dot object slash numeric gibberish link that someone else posted does, which is why I reposted the transitkings.com one (which does contain the .m4a- suffixed link - but yeah, I forgot that it was an m4a, it's been a couple of months). I'd rather use an aggregator or just read raw xml than subscribe to something on iTunes, and thought it'd be helpful for anyone else who'd missed it the first time and would likewise have that bit more control over their podcast downloading.
