That is plainly an excerpt from a book, a chapter written by JMR Higgs, drawing connections between the KLF's activities and the Discordian elements of Illuminatus!. It is not a fanzine, not written by Peter "Popjustice" Robinson, and is neither titled nor concerning Life After The KLF.

I'd be keen to see copies of either of the PeteR zines, though. It's been about twenty years since he offered to send me copies on this very list!
