Hell - aka DJ Hell - the Berlin resident behind the International Deejay Gigolos label has teamed up with none other than one time acid house star Adamski to start a new label called 'Quasi Moda'. Adamski, who appeared in the middle of Britain's Acid House boom and scored hits with 'N-R'G' and 'Killer' (with vocalist Seal) is now known as Adam Sky, though he was born Adam Tinley. 'Quasi Moda's first release will be 'Hooked on Radiation' by Atomizer, which was co-produced by one time KLF member Jimmy Caughty. Meanwhile, Hell has a compilation released on React in early autumn featuring the likes of Front 242, Nitzer Ebb and more. He will also team up with Raf Simons for a project next year. ------ Sick old cokehead freak DJ Hell has teamed up with the artist formerly known as Adamski to launch a new label called Quasi Moda. Adamski, now know, amusingly, as Adam Sky, has signed Atomizer to the label, and the first release will 'Hooked on Radiation', which was co-produced by KLF schemester Jimmy Cauty. ------ Not really a collaboration like expected, but at least there is a connection. ------ Thomas Touzimsky "Sometimes I think of letting go and never looking back and never moving forward so there would never be a past."
