How easy is the 12" single of this to find?

I got a copy (with a sleeve image of a question mark, a clock, the word "is" and a love heart all on a pink background) in a tiny record shop in Forfar (a small town north of Dundee) back in 1993. The shop normally sold traditional Scottish music but had a side line in dance music - it was bizarre to find it there!

Sadly, I sold it a few years later, thinking at the time "oh, I have all these tracks elsewhere, so I don't need it ..."

D'oh!
