[KLF] Question...this is a tough one

In the "Waiting for the Rites of Mu" track that is narrated by what most people think is Martin Sheen (please, no responses debating this issue. that description is just so you know what track I'm revering to). I'm interested in knowing what language the singer is singing in in the first part of the track -- Vietnamese? it sounds like it might be from that part of the world. I know they used the BBC sample library extensively so is it something from there? Thanks torpedo mkII .......self propelled
