Bill still wears his trademark rolled up jeans, and was still doing so about 2 months ago when I saw him do a 17 talk in London. He’s also got a very distinctive walk, again it’s like a trademark moody swagger. Neither of the two characters in this video could be Bill, and therefore neither is likely to be Jimmy.

It’s a good bit of fun none the less……
