Also someone suggested free or trial software which can convert RM and MOV video to standard AVI or MPG...again I deleted the mail in error so whoever it was could you provide those links or the name of the software again please? Thanks!

 

Again not entirely off-topic as planning to compile TV appearances etc onto SVCD or DVD.
