The first "Trance Euro Express" 2CD set/magazine (from around 1992?) included a long interview with Alex Patterson where he listed several records he concidered essential "chill out" from the Land of Oz days - some Eno and the soundtrack to "Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence is all I can remember off-hand - so I suppose, given Jimmy's input, that's probably the closest we can get to a "Back to Mine" CD tracklisting ...
... If someone has the CD maybe they could scan the interview and up it? I seem to remember it was a very, very good read.
John
I've been waiting a long time for another to resurface. I remember the first one and it came up with some golden pieces, that's for sure.
Not that I now suddenly possess any skills to remix to join in.. but still.. definitely would love to see this happen.
Heck.. I'd love to maybe one day see someone approach both Bill and Jimmy and get them to each do their own "Back to Mine" compilation discs. Definitely would be curious to see/hear what they feel are the most influential tracks to them.
Sincerely,
Mr. Kelly R. Flewin
