I don't think so - isn't that "Mommy please look at me?"  And thinking on it, it's more "Mummy" rather than "Mommy" as Bill says it.  Does Bill feature in the writing credits of "Mommy Don't" I wonder.

I also vaguely remember an Orb track which has a lyric/sample like "oo dat Mommy/ oo's that dummy?"  Something off of "Pomme Fritz"?  I;m sure it was the Orb, but it might have been someone different ...
