I grabbed that before it went Seb - hell I could stick it on DVD. Now
there's a project, the Low Fidelity Archive is born.

Subject: Re: [KLF] Converting Andy's
White Room to NTSC
if anybody is ripping the klf dvds to divx, i'll be really interested, as
i do not have a dvd player.
as i am requesting things, i'd like to know if someone has got the mpg
"2K at the barbican - camcoder footage" that was on the pinknet ftp a few
years ago, i lost mine.
maybe someone can upload that one on rms ftp or contact me

Anyone out there well versed in DVD ripping, etc?
I've been trying to convert The White Room to NTSC but am having
problems. The framerate is an unusual 20fps instead of the usual 25fps
PAL. The result when I try to convert is that the film clocks in at
35m while the soundtrack continues for another 15m. I've been messing
about with TMPGenc but, ah, it just ain't workin!
Anyone have suggestions out there?
While I can play PAL DVDs my multisystem DVD player is cheapo and not
user friendly remote-wise and basically a pain in the ass to use.
:)
Let me also chime in, however, and say how fantastic these DVDs
are! Never thought I'd get to see KLF vids in such great
quality!
