All those who asked for a copy should have been contacted by me via e-mail by now to get their address. I only have 4 addresses I have not been able to get yet, and they have been contacted again tonight. If you don't want your copies any more then that's cool.
Many people have been asking about Paypal contributions. Please note, my Paypal address is the same as this one (i.e. john@highlandlandREMOVE.fsnet.co.uk). Obviously, remove the REMOVE). All contributions (no matter how enormous!) will be passed on to the British Heart Foundation.
