I am going to try to have a WWW site up in the next week or so with ftp access link3d to it. I will let everyone know when it happens.

If you're behind a firewall - for example, you're trying to access the ftp site from work - you may have problems if your company has blocked FTP traffic (Port 21) on the firewall.  Generally speaking most companies WILL block this form of traffic as this is one of the most commont ports exploited by trojans, denial-of-service attacks, etc.

If you have an understanding IT department, you could ask them to add a rule to allow incoming and outgoing (an FTP session is actually two sessions, one outgoing and one incoming) to rm's server.  They may need you to provide the IP address of his box (which is 24.9.238.51) as the rule will be set to only permit FTP traffic two and from that address.  If your company is List X or GSI (or your countries equivalent) then you'll probably be out of luck.

Make sure you use the capitals properly.

I use the CoffeCup Ftp program, its not very good

but I have no problems accessing the ftp site.

And I'm behind a firewall.

I'm sure that just using the capitals will resolve the problem

(in most cases)
