I have the old 'This is not what the klf are about' (or similar name) bootleg video tape from the mid 90s and the whole thing is timecoded, it's actually kinda annoying, large numbers 'embossed', kind of shadow effect, on the screen. I always assumed whoever made the compilation had it as a feature on their recording VCR and thought it would be a good idea =/ This includes the Stadium House Trilogy which is unsurprisingly one of the better quality recordings on the tape tbc.
