I'm afraid it's the 'unofficial' version with the runout text just like ETERNITY23, not PROMO2. I asked the seller whether the matrix number has hyphens or not and he said it does. For those who aren't familiar, the unofficial version has 'KLF-92-PROMO 3-A-1' written in the runout groove whereas the official KLF Comms version has 'KLF 92 PROMO 3 A1' instead with no hyphens. This has been well documented in a previous thread. Don Gagen had some scans on his website at one point but that was a few years ago now and the link he supplied no longer works. Don - if you still subscribe to this list, are you able to supply a revised link for that page? I seem to remember reading somewhere that PROMO 3 had 20 "official" and an extra 50 or so "unofficial" copies. They all came out the same time, from the same plant, but the "unofficial" ones were not intended for release. Does this sound plausible to anyone?

This guy has sold some good stuff recently, however this promo 3 does look suspect, I have an original promo 3. there are 2 'rims' in the centre of the disc on ebay, the original only has 1 but without seeing the text in the runout one can't be 100% sure. The text should be the same as promo 2 and 099X.
