Ok the exact runout should read KLF 92 PROMO 3 A1 in small letters.
The writing is 'IDENTICAL' to Promo 2 and Choc Ice 3 and almost identical to KLF 99X
The original promo's 2 & 3 were pressed up at Townhouse but is 'NOT' etched in the runout.
The easiest way to spot the boot is by the markings between the lettering, on the real one
there are no dashes or hyphens between the letters and numbers. Hope this helps.
