When you use the information exactly as described, and it doesn't work, it doesn't seem very simple, believe me. Perahps there is a 'simple' explanation, but as I've only used ftp for uploading my own site, I don't know what it is. I've been online for a long time, but like most people, tend to just look at sites and use email. I don't think I'm stupid, and I don't suppose anyone else is either. Incidentally it doesn't work with other ISPs either, so it's not ntlworld; besides, you've presumably used it yourself with your ntlworld account. It's never worked in fact, which is why I didn't upload the Blacksmoke track when asked for it. This is probably down to my lack of some 'simple' piece of information I don't have, due to my 'simply' not knowing much about ftp. ----- Original Message ----- From: Simon Glass To: All bound for Mu-Mu Land.
