The Black and White one was the original promo cd, I think.  IIRC there were a handful of these made.  I am prepared to be proven wrong.  Perhaps tim would know.

 

Also in the IIRC file, the Waiting for the Rights of Mu (sic)  -- heheh -- was semi official.  I believe Jimmy gave permission for it to be used but I seem to recall Bill didn't and was the one threatening the lawsuit and all at the time.  It was certainly sold at legit CD shops like Virgin and HMV at the time, but they all went very quickly and could not be reordered.
