KLF 008R - January or March 1990?

Could somebody confirm which month KLF 008R got released back in 1990? The discography says March 1990, while the FAQ and old reviews date it back to January. The official KLF letters don't give away an exact date neither. In this month's "Uncut" there's an interview with Ian Broudie from the Lightning Seeds, illustrated with lots of photos from various stages in his career (Big in Japan, Care, etc). In reference to one picture, he talks about a promo video for the Big in Japan track "Cindy and the Barbie Dolls". If anyone has ever seen the blurred Big in Japan group photo, with Bill Drummond wearing a nappy, in the inner sleeve of the "From the Shores of Lake Placid" LP, then that shot is apparently taken from the video shoot. Basically, has anyone ever seen this video - as presumably, it would be the earliest film of Kingboy in a band? John
