Hi Jez If these are the versions with samples about the crack-down on rave parties and Chris Issak's "Wicked Game" at the end, I have to say that those are some of my favorite mixes. I've been trying to trace the origin of those mixes for ages. I basically got my copy years ago (1997 I think???) by way a list member located in Denmark by the name of Lars. He originally got the mixes from Tim in the UK. (Tim tends to collect the "extreme" rarities like props from the videos, pressing plates, DATs, etc.) This was at least a year or 2 before they were on the internet as MP3s. I think the MP3s were Lars doing. Tim said he got his cassette tape copy of the mixes from a guy by the name of Tom Wiluszynski. Maybe you know him. In any case I'd love to take you up on the offer of some copies. One of my mixes is incomplete and one of the CDs has also deteriorated a bit. I'd be happy to reimburse you for your and time materials. I might even have some recordings thing like Lost Sounds of Mu II that you might want. One of the first things i do is go to a music download site (limewire) and type in KLF ( i've been a "FAN" of there work for many years) All the familiar stuff shows up but also something called CHILL OUT MEGA MIX ( ULTRA RARE ) so i promptly hit download. Thats where it got interesting. You see in the late 80's my social life was one of raves, clubs. djing and general over indulgence, I was in and out of record shops and doing chill out tapes for the early hours back at friends houses. I started one such soundtrack in late '90 and wrapped it up early in '91. ( please stick with me, there is a reason for the long intro) I didn't sell or do copies of the mixes, they where for myself and close mates. I did however trade one mix with a guy down south ( still know his name ). I'd been buying some rare KLF items from him and he'd asked if i had anything interesting. Now fast forward 13 years. it turns out that the ULTRA RARE MIX is the very same peace i had created. THE original work was 22.34 long ( Half the length of a 45min cassette, because my fostex portastudio ran at double speed ) the tape i sent to aforementioned guy had the original mix plus several remixes, breakdowns and dubs. These have cropped up in various guises, WHAT GOES ON ? COMING DOWN OFF E etc etc. There's a lot more i could prattle on about but the main point is that it's not some collaboration by the KLF and ALEX PETERSON, or some unreleased gem, it's just a MESS ABOUT by a 23 year old in his bedroom in Lancashire. I can support these claims. I still have the original master tapes and would gladly give any of you a direct copy on CD. ( the copy that has been bootleged suffers from tape slip and isn't a patch on the original quality ) Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. Mad what comes around eh. New 3 AM Eternal mixes?

Hi, everyone, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=618&item=402067 0137 The link within that auction goes to: http://www.gamsworld.com/klf where you can download a (very clean looking) mpeg of "The White Room" movie, with 3 AM Eternal underneath - and it seems to be (to me, anyway) a new mix. Here is the tracklisting: Remix (6:05) Extended Remix (7:30) White Room Version (7:52) Club Version (11:35) Track 1 (by length) could be KLF5T a-side, I suppose. And Track 2 (by length) could be KLF vs. Orb mix. Not sure about the others. In fact, I don't know anything about the mixes involved, or who has done them, but I thought someone might. John

I thought KLF only performs when world peace has been established. There are a lot of rumors lately concerning KLF playing again. Dunno what's true.
