Rikki & Daz - The Barn Dance Boys - Pop Justice - The KLF???

Hi I've just been looking at a website for a new act called Ricki & Daz and was reading their biography and I realised there may be a link to The KLF here. Rikki & Daz recently covered Rhinestone Cowboy. They are from the north (Manchester). They have a link on their website to Pop Justice (which appears to be actually run by them). Pop Justice sent an e-mail out this week stating The Barndance Boys are not Rikki & Daz. According to the bio on Rikki & Daz - http://www.rikkianddaz.fsnet.co.uk/biog.html, one was part of The Cuban Boys (the one's that did Hamster Dance - C vs I) and the other was a member of Bus Stop (Carl Douglas - Kung Fu Fighting). They also mention that they influenced N-Trance. This whole Rikki & Daz thing seems to be very similar to The KLF. Anyone think there could be a link here? They come from the north (and they mention a lot about being Scumpop - pop music that originated from the North). The KLF originated from the north (B&J started in Liverpool). R&D sample a lot of stuff - The KLF do I need to mention Abba? R&D seem to have a funny feel about them - very similar to the KLF, not taking the music industry seriously! N-Trance always mentioned that The KLF were their main influence (hence the reason why they used Ricardo Da Force for the rap). The KLF were known by many titles (and sometimes dis-associated themselves from themselves - i.e. KLF is not The Kopyright Liberation Front). Rikki & Daz seem to be known by many things - Pop Justice, Rikki & Daz ( & Possibly The Barndance Boys, although in Pop Justice newsletter they put they are not the Barndance Boys, despite the two sounding identical) The KLF always liked to attack forms of artwork (The Tate, The Dome, Abba). I almost forgot, the discography lists it as "The Chillout Megamix", not to be confused with the 4 part alternate/demo versions Chillout. I have it, but I never bothered to put it on MP3. You're not missing anything. It was considered for one of the LSOM releases, but the song was so repetitive and boring that it never made it. It had something to do with child astronauts with some professor type going on about the "first girl and boy to go to the moon" and some sort of "lunar party" to celebrate the landing. Hi everyone, Thanks to the 20 or so of you out there asking to see my 'blasts from the past' jpegs of KLF Korrespondence, hopefully you've all got it by now, if not, just replay and I'll send it again (I know what a drag it is on a 56k modem at home, hence why I did if from my office's mail address!). Anyway, if anyone who has the jpegs fancies sticking them on a server to allow people to download at their leisure, that's fine with me (so people won't have to wait for me to be in the office to mail them to them!). One of these days when I get myself organizized, I'll scan all my old NME and Sounds pages I kept of the KLF....I even have the original Sounds page that had a full page picture of Bill & Jimmy and a full page article explaining just what their music was like. I found this on a district line train way back in 1987, kept it, then started scouting around record shops for a 12" Single called 'all you need is love' that was mentioned in the article.... the start of a long list of 'scouting' for releases!!!
