Robert “Bob” D. Quintana

 

 

On December 5, 2022, Bob passed away peacefully at his home in Ogden, UT after suffering many years of lung disease complications.

He was born June 12, 1945 to Antonio Quintana and Fern Martinez in Ogden, UT. Graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1962 and retired from HAFB, UT.

 

Bob will be missed dearly by all those who loved him, and we are all left to embrace the happiness we know he now feels.

His memory and passion of cars will forever live on through his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, niece & goddaughter Amber Lynn Uribe Quintana and special daughter-in-law Norma McMahon.

 

He is survived by his wife Karen Quintana; Children: Bryan (Tina) McMahon, UT; John McMahon, ID; Stacey (Kevin) Stickler, UT; Debbie (John) Dalmer, AZ; David (Michelle) Quintana, UT; Jared Quintana, WY; and godson Andy Beal, UT. Siblings: Antonio “Steve” (Lucy) Quintana UT; Ray (Stella) Quintana, UT; Rachael (Robert) Garcia, UT; Grace (Alfonso) Quintana, UT; Joseph “Ralph” (Wendy) Quintana, UT; Toni Quintana (Roddy Chacon), CO; 20 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nephews and nieces.

 

Funeral services for family and friends will be held on Friday Dec. 16, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Myers Mortuary, 845 S. Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT. Viewings held on Thursday Dec. 15, 2022 from 6-8 pm and Friday 11 -12 pm prior to services. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. Ogden, UT followed by a potluck luncheon in his honor at Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 1481, 907 W 12th Street, Ogden UT, in lieu of flowers the family requests to feel free to bring a side dish to the luncheon.
