John just missed Frank Harvey so much, we think he just had to join him.

John had an abundant love for Classic Chevy’s

(Honestly, He had far more than he ever told his family about.)

John W. Teeslink

March 13, 1940 — December 31, 2022

On the morning of December 31, 2022, we lost our loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
John W. Teeslink was born on March 13, 1940 in Read, Colorado to John and Jewell Teeslink.

After graduating from Grand Junction High School in 1958, he attended Mesa college. In 1960, he enlisted into the United States Airforce and served for 4 years at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona.  There, he met Gisela Linden.  They were married on November 28,1963.
In 1970, he transferred to Hill AFB and settled in Clearfield, Utah where they raised five  daughters:  JoAnn Currivan (Robert); Julie Smith (Sterrett); Melanie Rehor (James); Kimberly Watson (Vernon); and Christine Cahill.  In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and his sister, Janeen Shaw(David).

After serving his country in the Air Force, John founded Turrett Engineering Co. which enjoyed until his retirement.
John was a member of Kaysville Bible church.
His hobbies included restoring 1955-57 Chevrolet cars, waterskiing, airplanes, and animals, especially Sammy, his cat.
John was a one-of-a-kind person who loved his family and friends deeply. 

He will be greatly missed by all who had the good-fortune of knowing him.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 11 am at the Kaysville Bible  Church, 181 North Flint St,  Kaysville, Utah.

A Viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 am prior to the service at the church.  Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to Kaysville Bible church.
