Guests will then be entertained by a fabulous group of opera singers, a magician and be invited to learn and old-fashioned minuet dance. Guests are invited to wear their most creative masks, costumes and dancing shoes to have a fabulous an evening of fun! For those that seek less active pursuits, we'll have a silent auction table. Dinner menu: Honey BBQ Chicken (chicken breast smothered with house-made honey barbecue sauce), Oven Roasted Mixed Vegetables (zucchini, squash, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and onions), Rice Pilaf (perfectly seasoned rice) Mixed Green Salad (Arcadian mix with chopped romaine lettuce) Cheese Plate (Pepper jack, Swiss, cheddar, smoked Gouda, and blue cheese crumbles garnished with dried fruit served with a cracker medley) and Fruit Skewers (watermelon, pineapple, honey dew, and strawberries served on 8" skewer).
