Join me and Steven McCurdy, international film maker and photographer, for this epic journey into the heart of Italy's beautiful, cental region! 

Here's a peek into our incredible 10-day journey:

• fly into Rome and then off to our temporary country home in Spoleto Italy for 7 days of yoga, meditation, healthy eating and daily excursions which include:

√ an authentic Italian, organic, vegetarian cooking class

√ meditation/yoga and picnic in the Sacred Woods of Monteluco, near Spoleto.

√ exploring the sacred sights of Siena

√ outdoor concert

√ an extraordinary hike in the Monti Sibillini national park

• then back to Rome for two and a half exciting days, experiencing parts of Rome that most tourists never see.

This journey promises to be filled with rich, soulful experiences both at our home base retreat center in Spoleto and out exploring the special, non-tourist sights of of the Umbria area.
