ConnectPoint is actively searching for a Customer Service Rep that speaks fluent Italian & English, with strong interpersonal skills, to receive customer service related calls. In this role you will follow call handling procedures to ensure excellence in customer service to clients speaking Italian and English.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ITALIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
-Create, research and update service requests.
-Route service requests to appropriate product support teams.
-Interface with Global support teams and Field personnel.
-Implement escalation procedures as required.
-Offer customer service to existing clients as needed
