Bi-lingual Help Desk Engineer to support our Shared Services Team.

 

Language Requirement in addition to English • Italian (written & spoken)

 

Job Description

• Perform Tier 1 & Tier 2 Help Desk duties

• Maintain and monitor trouble tickets Italian (written & spoken)

 

Qualified Candidates Should Posses:

• Available during EU business hours (1am - 10am)

• Good understanding of computer hardware/software

• Strong understanding of Operating Systems: Mac OS, Windows XP/Vista/7

 

Compensation

• $15/hr - $16/hr

• Medical/Dental/Vision

• 2 Weeks of PTO  per year

• 9 Paid Holidays
