Cybernet Slash Support is seeking an experienced,
self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented Bilingual Help Desk Technician for a
full-time position located in South Jordan, UT.
This person will perform Tier 1 Help Desk duties, maintaining, and monitoring
trouble tickets. This person will be responsible for handling Tier 1 calls and
escalating them up the chain as needed.
Here are the desired requirements for this position:
• ALONG WITH ENGLISH CANDIDATE MUST BE FLUENT IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
LANGUAGES:
-ITALIAN
• 2+ Years of experience as Help Desk Tech.
• Good understanding of computer hardware.
• Strong understanding of Operating Systems Mac OS, Windows XP, Windows 7
• Microsoft Office Suite 2007, 2010, 2011 (Mac)
• Microsoft Exchange experience is a big plus
• Familiarity with Exchange Administration tools
• Moderate knowledge of both Linux/Unix
• Knowledge of Net App Storage
• BASIC understanding of TCP/IP and networking technologies
