> Ken Sanders Rare Books presents an evening with Alex Caldiero in celebration of his new book of poetry, Some Love. This event will take place on Thursday July 9, beginning at 7pm in our downtown bookstore (268 S 200 E Salt Lake City, UT). A reading by Alex Caldiero is comparable to a rock concert of the voice as his passion for symbolic meaning resounds through his wit, wordplay and performance art. Alex Caldiero is currently Poet in Residence at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. He has received grants from the National Endowment of the Arts, Utah Performing Arts Tours and awards from the Association for Mormon letters and Salt Lake City mayor's office. Some Love is published by Signature Books, a publishing company specializing in Western Americana and Mormon literature. Alex will be available at this event to sign copies of his books.
