GSL Slip Renters and Marina Users The first four buoys have now been set for the Deep Channel. The coordinates and description are listed as follows. G1 = Green can buoy with green light fl. 1" (new buoy) N 40d 44.901' x W 112d 12.492' R2 = Red nun buoy with red light fl. 1" (new buoy) N 40d 44.879' x W 112d 12.545' G3 = Green can buoy (new buoy) N 40d 44.499' x W 112d 12.374' R4 = Red nun buoy with red light fl. 1" (new buoy) N 40d 44.525' x W 112d 12.400' The other Deep Channel buoys will be set throughout the weekend. Coordinates and descriptions will follow. We will also be doing work on the Reef Channel buoys this weekend. We may set new buoys in place of the existing ones in order to service the existing buoys. We will try to place them in the same spot. The Reef Channel buoy formerly known as "R2D2" will be replaced with a red Nun buoy without a light. This buoy will also be relabeled RR2. The coordinates should remain the same though. If you should see one of these buoys out of place or missing, please take note of the number on the buoy and email me or call me at the following numbers so we may replace the buoy in the proper location.
