Good evening Larry, I believe this to be a scam. Mike has probably had his email hacked. I would not answer Mike’s emails and reach out to him via phone to see if he truly needs help. They scammers usually ask for Amazon gift cards to receive money. I would advise against sending anyone money. I have alerted harbor master that the GSL email list is receiving these emails.
