The sun is rising earlier in the morning. And setting later in the evening. A new sailing season is just around the corner! Time to celebrate with the annual Polar Bear Clam Chowder Party and Sailboat Race. This Saturday the Harbor Master is hosting his annual Clam Chowder Party at 1pm. Weather permitting the party will be over on Trestle Dock (The Harbor Master's Deck). I will provide some clam chowder but side dishes and your own clam chowder concoctions are always welcome. I will also have a nice warm fire started in my fire pit next to my deck. BYOB. This social is open to the WHOLE marina community. RSVP's are not necessary but appreciated. In the case of inclement weather the party will be held in either the shop or yacht club. In conjunction with the Polar Bear Clam Chowder Party there will also be a short buoy race. Skippers meeting at 10am with a start near the Deep Channel Buoys at 11am. RSVP for the Race is Mandatory. Thanks Dave
