Currently Utah wants to spend MILLIONS of our taxpayer dollars on a lawsuit against the Feds (that our own state legal counsel says is probably non-winnable) to seize control of Federal Lands in Utah. Yet, we all know what happens when the State controls these lands, they CAN'T EVEN MAINTAIN ONE SMALL MARINA.
