GSL Slip Renters, We are getting close to the GSL Lakeside Field Trip. It's only a short two weeks away. The itinerary for the trip is as follows. 8:30am SHARP - meet at marina parking lot. We will then convoy west on I-80 to exit 62 where we will then go north through the bombing range. 10:30am (roughly) - we arrive at the pump house for a guided tour (yes, you can take pictures inside the pump house) Then it is off to Lakeside and a view of the pink side of the lake. We will have lunch somewhere in this area. I will provide stuff for soft shell beef taco's Side dishes are welcome but not necessary BYO beverage. The trip is April 9th. If you have already RSVP'd, thanks. If not, please do so. So far it looks like a large turnout. The road along the railroad bed is rough, so you will want a vehicle with stout suspension. If you can ride with someone else or you have room for some people in your car, that would be great because we do have quite a few people.
