GSL Slip Renters and Marina Users With the water level coming up this year I will be setting the "Alternative" "Reef Channel" buoys out. These buoys mark the path across the reef rather than the traditional path through the "Deep Channel" Buoys". It looks as though there is over 4' of water over this section of the reef now. The larger deeper draft boats will still have to use the Deep Channel except for a small window in late April through June. I will try to have these buoys set by the weekend. Use the path AT YOUR OWN RISK. Vessels drawing over 4' feet, if you use this path, plan to get yourself off the reef. We advise you still use the Deep Channel path.
