This Saturday is the annual Pumpkin Patch Social and trick-or-treating for the kids. This event is open to the whole community and is hosted by Great Salt Lake Yacht Club. The weather forecast looks good. At 5pm the Yacht Club is providing a Sloppy Joe main course and is encouraging side dishes or deserts be brought (not mandatory). They do request a $5.00 charge for non-members though. 6pm is the Costume Parade and Contest -Scariest, Funniest, Most Creative. Afterwards is Trick-or-Treating for the kids. Kids will come by facilities and down boat docks to trick-or-treat at individual boats. This is always a great event. Hope to see you there. Dave
