GSL SLIP RENTERS TIME TO RENEW YOUR SLIP and DRY STORAGE CONTRACTS Greetings from the staff of the Great Salt Lake State Marina. What a year! After ten years of challenging lake levels we have finally recovered in just one winter. And the forecast for the 2012 season looks like another plentiful supply of water. It is that time of year again to renew slip / dry storage contracts and credit card autopay forms. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT BY LAW ALL CONTRACTS AND AUTOPAY FORMS TERMINATE ON DECEMBER 31st. WE MUST HAVE NEW CONTRACT's EACH CALENDAR YEAR. State Parks budget has been hit hard this year. This includes the Great Salt Lake State Marina's budget. In order to keep as much money in our budget as possible for infrastructure repair and improvement we are trying something new this year in regards to slip contract renewals. To save money on postage we would request that you renew your contracts by going online, printing off the required forms and then either sending, emailing or faxing the forms back to the marina. The new system will also allow us to serve you better. Within the next week or two (there are a lot of you so it will take a while to get through the whole list) you will each receive an individual email with your specific information. This should hopefully aide you in filling out your contracts. The information will include: . Slip number (if applicable) . Dry Storage Number (if applicable) . Bow Number (if already on file - if not you WILL NEED TO SUPPLY IT) . Hull ID Number (if already on file - if not you WILL NEED TO SUPPLY IT) . Boat Manufacturer / Mode / Boat Name . Current balance on account (statements available upon request) . Slip Rates Hopefully this will make it much easier to fill out your contracts. If you prefer we send a contract package to you via USPS instead of going online we will do so. Just follow the instructions below for that request. Now is your chance to tell us how you would like to renew your contract. Please cut and paste one of the following requests on an email to me. I will then send you an individual email with renewal information including the above information or I will send you a contract package via USPS based on your response. . "Yes, I would like online/email information to renew my contract." . "No, please send me a contract package via USPS." We have plenty of good sailing weather still ahead of us. Very few of us were able to even get our boats out of the marina at this time last year.
