Well, the snowpack is just barely above grim. Today's snowpack for the Great Salt Lake drainage area is 69% The silver lining is that the Bear River, which supplies 80% of our spring runoff is sitting at nearly 80% We need a lot of moisture for March and April otherwise the sailing season for the deeper draft boats is looking like a short one. There is another silver lining though. There is FINALLY storm after storm after storm lined up ready to hit us. Yesterday's storm brought much needed relief. As of today we are sitting at 71% of normal for the water year but 102% of normal since January 1. And we are 195% of normal for March to-date. Let us hope we are in a 1983 pattern where we had a dryer than normal winter and a MUCH wetter-than-normal spring. If you would like to follow the water year for Great Salt Lake you can track it at www.gslmarina.com<http://www.gslmarina.com> or click on the following link to go directly to that page: https://www.gslmarina.com/current-water-watch In other news, we are planning on turning water back on to the docks late March or early April.
