Thanks to all the volunteers who assisted in refloating "Soul Rebel" this afternoon. It was successful. To those on 'K' dock. We have an electricity issue on the dock that has effected all the boats in the middle of the dock. We have had to turn off the electricity to the middle section of 'K' dock for safety reasons. We are trying to have this rectified and electricity back on ASAP. In the meantime you may want to check your boats. Owners with vessels at the beginning third and end third of 'K' dock are on effected. Thank you GSL Harbormaster
