Come find out all about little known adventures both you and your family can share exploring the Great Salt Lake. Nicole has explored much of Great Salt Lake during her lifetime. She has spent hundreds of hours airboating, driving, hiking, and sailing at the Lake. Join Nicole as she shares some of the best locations to venture out to on your next Great Salt Lake adventure. Some of the areas she will discuss are Bear River Bay, Danger Cave, Great Salt Lake Pumps, Swimming in the Lake, Stansbury Island, The Lost Tug Boats, Sun Tunnels, Great Salt Air, Bird Refuges, Spiral Jetty, Antelope Island, and much, much more! Nicole is a communication professional, researcher, advocate, conservationist and freelance journalist. Nicole teaches communications at Salt Lake Community College and is a member of the University of Utah Environmental Studies Advancement Board. She holds a master's degree in Strategic Communications from Westminster College along with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and History from the University of Utah. The Wandering Werewolf, her latest project, is a culmination of her beloved dog and her love of travel. Her essays and writing collection have also appeared in Airboating Magazine, I love Youtah, Keep the Lake Great, Summer of Salt, Queendom Magazine, and New West News. Nicole is passionate about the landscapes surrounding her and hopes to share her love of traveling off-the- beaten-path with you.
