Remember the Water Strategy Advisory Team sneaky, closed door, not open for public comment meetings from last year?  A lot of people who are concerned for the Bear River and the Great Salt Lake rallied last year, and got some ‘limited’ ability to have their comments heard.

It appeared temporarily that the public outcry worked, and this year, legislation for the Bear River project was very low (probably because they got their funding last year with the passing of SB 80) – but it appears as if stuff is still going on behind closed doors that could spell disaster for the Great Salt Lake.
