GSL Slip Renters.

 

The storm clobbered the marina this afternoon.  Top gusts were 78mph, with many gusts in the mid 60mph range.

 

There is some damage to report:

 

B-Dock

B-27, Jones – Forward hatch open

 

B-31, Dennis – Companionway cover unsnapped and blowing freely in the wind

 

C-Dock

C-06, Cooper – Mainsail cover has come off.  Sail is beginning to tear

 

C-34, Hinton – Mainsail has blown out from under the cover

 

C-39, Gwyther – Broken dock lines on port side.  Genoa partially unfurled and beginning to shred.

 

C-42, Glass – Broken dock lines

 

D-Dock

D-20, Watts – Boat is rubbing up against the dock.

 

D-27, Ott – Boom has come off the mast

 

D-37, Zembruski – Dock box has lost the lid

 

D-40, Thompson – Frayed dock lines – ready to break

 

I-Dock

I-17, Pritchett, Missing Lazzarette.

 

I-20, Horrocks, Mainsail is coming out of the cover

 

I-21, Luckett, Missing boom

 

I-22, Tabish – Broken dock line

 

I-42, Kelly, Mainsail is coming out of the mainsail cover.

 

J-Dock

J-31, Pierce – Frayed dock lines.  Forward hatch is not attached and is hanging by the spring.  Mainsail cover is coming off.

 

J-36, McAffee, Mainsail cover is shredded

 

K-Dock

K-31 Kasteler, Mainsail is coming out from the cover.
