It looks like the contractors are going to start up dredging again this afternoon.  They had to do some adjustments to their equipment but it looks like the adjustments will work.

We learned from the dredging attempts on Saturday that they cannot control where the pipe floats to while dredging.  This means that the path inside the marina may well be blocked off while dredging happens.  For this reason we are going to try and schedule specific times during the day that people can exit the marina to go sailing or to return back to the marina.  The dredgers will also monitor channel 81 and can move out of the way to accommodate you coming in or out of the marina mouth.  But realize every time they have to shut down the crane for a boat entering or exiting a marina means they cannot dredge.  I will let you know when we work out a time schedule.
