The Volunteer Emergency Response Team is holding their next seminar on January 12 at 10am at the Great Salt Lake Marina.  Subjects to be covered are:

• Weather on the Great Salt Lake – predicting and weather forecasting sources
• Weather flags and their meaning
• Dead Reckoning Navigation
• Chart Reading
• Anchorages on the lake

If you have a GPS but are confused on how to work it properly for marine navigation purpose please bring your GPS with you.  We will have someone here that can do one-on-one time to help you.

Please RSVP so we know how many people to prepare materials and seating for.
