I'm just writing because I did not receive a slip renewal notice. I'm in D29 (I think); John Schwartz / "So Lucky". It may be because I just got it a few months ago but I thought I would check with you anyways. Thanks for your help.

You MUST be caught up on your rent in order to receive a contract renewal. ALL trailers that are still at the marina are now being charged rent.

We will try to have as much of your boat information filled out when we send you your renewals. Fill out all the blank information including to make sure all emails, phone numbers and addresses are up-to-date.

The gate code WILL change this year. Docks will likely be rekeyed.
